GM & OnStar Cannot Agree on Services Included

We have a 25 Silverado EV LT.  We are having an issue where all our Music streaming apps like Amazon Music and Spotify all tells us we need to purchase an upgraded plan.  Very clearly on the OnStar site it says the following:

Take a look at what’s included

Your vehicle has more than ever before. Feel more connected on and off the road with our core features.

  • Automatic Crash Response*
  • Remote Commands*
  • Google Maps and Google Assistant*
  • Maps+*
  • Audio Streaming Apps

OnStars included services should OnStar Basics with Audio streaming apps included.  In the description it explains streaming through your audio apps is included.  Talking to GM and OnStar I keep getting told different answers.  OnStar wants to sell you a very expensive OnStar One app to get audio streaming to work.  Others from GM tell me audio streaming is absolutely included and it is an issue with what has been activated.  Here on my current vehicle it show VERY CLEARLY audio is included.

If you click Details it further reinforces the idea the Music is included.

Stream your favorite songs and playlists with your music apps from your center display, bringing you a variety of entertainment options on every drive.

Please help fix this as this is VERY misleading to tell customer Music is included and then not provide it and give excuses like you need to buy a very expensive plan to get what is already included!

  • We appreciate you connecting here and recognize your desire for clarity regarding your audio streaming features. Music, Podcasts, Audiobooks, News, are all accessible in-Vehicle Apps which are included with OnStar Basics. Please know, Infotainment Head Unit data is required to utilize these features and a paid subscription may be necessary for use of an in-vehicle app. For example, members can receive the Apple music app without a paid plan but will need one to use the app. We hope this information proves helpful. Should you have further questions, please let us know.

I am confused by your answer.  What do you mean by music is accessible?  I can see it but I cannot listen to it without adding an OnStar data plan?  So what music streaming is included with the Basic if you still have to buy a data plan?  Sounds like none.

Your example says, "For example, members can receive the Apple music app without a paid plan but will need one to use the app."  Are you talking about the Apple Music subscription or the OnStar data plan that you have to sign up for or both?  So I can download the app but not listen to anything without the OnStar data plan?  I am not sure what the value is to that?  Tesla made this 10x easier, clearer and more affordable.  Very frustrating and disappointing since GM also removed CarPlay.
