GM & OnStar Cannot Agree on Services Included

I am confused by your answer. What do you mean by music is accessible? I can see it but I cannot listen to it without adding an OnStar data plan? So what music streaming is included with the Basic if you still have to buy a data plan? Sounds like none.
Your example says, "For example, members can receive the Apple music app without a paid plan but will need one to use the app." Are you talking about the Apple Music subscription or the OnStar data plan that you have to sign up for or both? So I can download the app but not listen to anything without the OnStar data plan? I am not sure what the value is to that? Tesla made this 10x easier, clearer and more affordable. Very frustrating and disappointing since GM also removed CarPlay.
