I just got a 2024 Chevy Blazer and full onstar subscription and the only thing not working is the climate preferences and driver preferences. I reinstalled the app 4 times sat in my vehicle and signed into the Chevy app on the infotainment screen and still no luck. Hopefully onstar support can help me get those settings working?

On star called me and had me log in to the radio not the app on the screen but the Radio itself. I used my OnStar username and password. Once I did that the chevy app Preferences were visible and can edit the settings.

Thank you for providing us with the troubleshooting steps you have already taken. Our team here would like to take a further look into things regarding any available Personalization settings. To start, kindly email socialmedia@gm.com with ATTN: OnStar Community/dakjmck in the subject headline. With this, feel free to forward us any screenshots of what you're seeing within the mobile app. Any additional details are greatly appreciated.

I have essentially the same problem with our new 2025 GMC Sierra Denali.
According to an email detailing the functionality of the myGMC app, I SHOULD be able to edit the radio presets as well as adjust the climate controls via the app. However, no such options are on the “Controls” screen. The only things that appear here are lock, unlock, start, flash lights, sound alarm, unlock tailgate.
Deleting the app, restarting the iPhone, reinstalling the app do NOT fix the problem.
Strangely enough, we had a 2012 Canyon Denali before this - and the radio presets feature WAS accessible from the myGMC app - at one time. It mysteriously vanished.
I spent over an hour with a GM rep on a chat session - they claimed doing the delete/reboot/reinstall would fix the problem.
it didn’t
I don’t know how much more time is worth spending to get this functionality to work.
I see from searching here that the problem is common - and the GM personnel who reply don’t give solutions - just invite you to contact them via another means.
Has anybody solved this problem!?
care to POST the fix???

Hi - thanks for the reply and suggestion.
Pretty sure I’m already logged into the radio in the vehicle, but I’ll play around with it to see if logging out and back in does anything.
Nit sure what the difference between logging into the “radio” and some app on the radio is, but, I’ll play with it.

I spent 45 minutes on the OnStar with a rep - and they couldn’t resolve the issue. They said my GBI radio isn’t compatible with those functions….
