The GMC app is not given me my vehicle status upda...

Since day one on Thursday I bought a GMC called Onstar setup account setup app as well notice that I am not getting my vehicle status at all for my car been calling Onstar back to back and nothing has been done yet. Really disappointed in the so called Onstar service really thinking about discontinuing the relationship with Onstar cause if I’m in the free part of the plan when that’s over the payed part will be the same and prices are already to high to be paying for anything not to be working properly
