I get a voice prompt at random times in my 2023 Suburban, saying "I can't do that. I'm off-line so I can't do that. In the meantime you can get direction, make calls and play radio". I have no idea what is triggering this. I also have pop-ups on the touch screen saying "This application requires a connected service subscription. To use, subscribe to a connected service plan". I do not know what application it is referring to and I ALREADY HAVE A CONNECTED SERVICE PLAN.
Onstar and my dealership tell me they have never heard of this problem before.
