I have a 2020 chevy traverse that I've had off-on issues with my onstar. This afternoon the light turned red and the wifi isn't working because onstar isn't working. I called onstar customer service and they told me they can't help me and I need to get to a dealer. They won't even trying any troubleshooting. Dealers don't have appointments available for a week+. Anyone else know any troubleshooting I can do? This is the only car we have that takes all 3 kiddos and I don't have a luxury to give up a car to be at a dealer overnight or for days.

Hello. If there is a redlight displaying underneath your OnStar button there may be a problem with the hardware. Your preferred Chevrolet dealership is in the best position to diagnose this further.
