This is a travesty. Multiple calls to ONSTAR and a trip to the dealer on a brand new 2023 Tahoe. ONSTAR says they will put in a work order for someone to turn on the enable button. Seriously? How difficult can this be? One advisor says check back in a hour. Another says four hours. Another says three to four days. Definitely have a data plan. Vehicle confirms. My Chevrolet app won’t update the hotspot enable button. Have removed and reinstalled app. Same results. Can’t someone help? Still don’t have a hotspot over a week later! Dealer updated all software and says ONSTAR problem that they need to fix. Also freezes my touch screen
