For the last several months, a few times a month our OnStar service will not work. We also have wifi on our Enclave and there are times it will not work, saying we have to have a data plan. We have an on-going unlimited data plan. It tells us to push the OnStar button to speak with an advisor. It will not connect. I have read other posts about the 2021 Enclaves. Is this a defect with them? Also, is OnStar going to reimburse us for the times we have not had OnStar access that we've paid for.
