We recently purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra and a 2024 GMC Acadia and get this message when attempting to enroll in the OnStar Connected Vehicle Plan "This product is not compatible with your vehicle"? I assume when this is corrected and properly downloaded and installed that the plan subscription would not start until the end of the 30 day OnStar free trial period?

Thank you for bringing this error code to our attention. For further clarification, have you attempted to push your blue OnStar button to create a new connection? After you purchase a GM vehicle equipped with OnStar, all you need to do is push the blue OnStar button in your vehicle to activate services. Be sure you have power to the vehicle and that it is stationary and parked. From there, an enrollment advisor will be happy to assist you with setting up an account and enrolling you in an OnStar plan that best fits your needs or adding your new vehicle to your current, active account.
