For the past week now mobile app on my phone and my husbands phone are not working. Locations full accessibility etc. Now it worked fine last week My husband is at work and its showing him in the drive way. Come on what are we paying for seriously. I have installed reinstalled and still the same garbage.

We do regret to hear of any ongoing troubles with the Guardian app. Thank you for bringing these location concerns to our attention. As an additional troubleshooting step, we do recommend ensuring that location sharing is turned on. You can do so by following the steps provided below:
1. Open the Guardian app. Select the Menu icon (top left corner).
2. Select Settings
3. Toggle Location sharing ON. This will make the member's location visible to all other family members on the account.
