"Unable to Load" error on MyChevrolet app
I've been getting this error on my MyChevrolet app all morning. I don't know if it's specific to my account or if this is a widespread GM issue at the moment.

No, I'm getting the same since yesterday. Contacted the EV Concierge at OnStar last night and tried troubleshooting without success. Then he told me there was an outage that started a 1/2 hour before my call and was expected to last another 1/2 an hour. Woke up this morning and still not working. I wonder how many other GM customers are affected. I drive an Equinox EV btw, but not sure if that makes a difference.

Mine isn’t working neither. I hadn’t noticed it until this morning. But neither the watch app nor the mobile app work. It shows the same error as the photo. $20 says we get a letter in the mail in the coming weeks saying there was a cyber attack and our data has been compromised 🙄

Mine is not working either. I own a Cadillac XT4. Hopefully they get it figured out.

Same. I haven't been able to log in for a month.

They had to escalate mine to the highest level before it finally got fixed. But now my Wi-Fi doesn't work anymore. I'm so over the OnStar system anymore. Unless you have a brand new vehicle, with the "in-dash" apps, OnStar is pointless. I don't recommend it to anyone. And the fact that the Watch App doesn't work to unlock the vehicle unless you have your phone with you as well, makes it pretty well useless as well. Overall, it's not worth the $40/month for the limited features you receive.

Just go buy a Mobile Hotspot router that accepts SIM cards, or one that plugs directly into the OBDII Port on your vehicle. It’ll work a million times better, doesn’t rely on AT&T towers, and is more secure since your browsing data can’t be collected by OnStar/GM. If you think they don’t, you’re dead wrong. OnStar also discloses all of your driving data to third-parties, including your insurance company. Can’t figure out why your rate keeps getting jacked up? It’s because OnStar is collecting your driving habits, and submitting that data to Axiom, which Insurance Companies can use to charge you more. You are literally paying to have a company collect your driving data, and sell it to third-party insurance companies.
i pray this helps someone else from falling victim to OnStar and GM!
