MyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating
My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. Please help!

Add me to the list. 2023 Corvette not updating. Called technician support 5 times over 11 months. Works for a day then stops. Looks like this thread is 2 years old. Come ON OnStar!!

SAME ON MY '25 I just bought in June...it worked for the first week and then nothing...System Diagnostics check run from OS while on the phone--fixes it for an hour. Then right back..4th time calling tomorrow. I keep telling them I'm not alone--like a million customers are having this issue--why won't their "Techie's" fix it --they're in the GD tech business for crying outload.

this is laughable--I bitch so much I'm a great contributor according to OS.

SO,,,UPDATE on my 2025 I bought in June...called OS again this morning...they sent a diagnostic signal to the car...It reset my app to proper mileage. I told them this will last until I turn off the car and to open tech service ticket on this issue as this is my 8th call / contact with them for the same problem and no fix.. Sure enough, came out from the store and it didn't update. OS said they will email and contact me in approx 3day. I esponded it they send me another 8 emails saying to remove the app from my phone and reinstall it, start the car, then turn it off, drive for 10 minutes, etc, etc...I'll cancel my other car OS and wait for this to run out. I added to her that you all are in the tech business and there's about 5 million cars from GM that have this problem -- its your only business !!

Same issue on 2022 Silverado. The app displayed vehicle settings until 3 weeks ago. No longer shows vehicle status, but I can start, lock and unlock from the app. I have tried all the recommended steps, power cycle, uninstall/install, trusted phone, etc. I even checked the truck for trusted device. I need a solution.

Having worked for 30 years as a software architect the problems with the Onstar app are the result of poor coding and nothing the user can do to fix. If Chevrolet cared they could fix the bad code in a day and send out updates to users.
I was considering an Onstar subscription for my new truck but after reading these posts I will not be doing so.

I am having this exact issue on my 2025 Silverado. Remote start, unlock, and map works fine. Vehicle status has not connected in a month. I have tried all the suggested solutions provided in this thread. Please fix this app.
