Chevy traverse 2025 no longer connecting to app even after modular replacement
I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I just recently changed the module for my OnStar in the vehicle and brought it home and it will not even update the map or connect to perform unlock or remote start.

I also have a 2025 Traverse and I recently tried using my maps and it kept saying offline. I just had an issue with my car and the check engine light came on. I went to my chevy app and it hasn't connected for 17 days. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. I also tried logging in from my car, nothing will work.
