Just contacted an attorney at 215-875-3000. Give them a call. Time to hold GM responsible.

Non working onstar module at 7700mi. No remote start. No GPS. No onstar connectivity. No garage openers. No apps. No WiFi. The usual delete apps, hard restarts multiple times, nothing works. Have now gone back to using a remote for the garage doors, haven’t used one since 2015 but since this is all programmed into the screen with no physical buttons, we’re back to it. I will be expecting extensions on all services I am without.

My 2025 Chevrolet Traverse started having issues with the instant module and it killed 2 batteries. My vehicle has now been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks. They were hesitant about giving me a loaner, but I wouldn’t let up.

Please keep me in the loop on this. I have a 2025 Chevy Equinox that my Google Assistant and Google Maps do not work depending on the day. Keating Chevrolet in Conroe, TX is trying to say I have to have the internet but my Onstar Basic says Navigation is included. Why sell a vehicle that has to have internet to run the services? Even with my Android auto hooked up it still shows me offline and can't connect. This obviously needs to be recalled. Onstar and the dealerships just treat us like we are dumb. I still have my bumper to bumper warranty as well.

2025 Equinox EV. Total Telematics Module Failure back in OCTOBER of 25. It is now April 30th of 26 and the module is JUST now being replaced. The backorder is unacceptable and is happening because of failure in the cars.
A lawsuit needs to happen if multiple models are having the same **bleep** problems!

I bought a2025 Equinox in May of 2025 in December my on start modular went out I had to wait over a 3 weeks for them to get the part, my vehicle 0 or my battery was being drained by the on start modular, they finally gave me a EV Equinox which I specifically requested a had vehicle, I am not a tech savvy person. I could drive for more then 3 hours on this vehicle with out having to go charge it, I missed dr's appointments, regular day to day activities due to the stress of being forced into a vehicle I didn't know how to work. GM finally contacted me and offered a minut compensation for my inconvenience and I am not satisfied with the outcome they should have done more and I for one can day, they have lost a customer after my lease is up.
They knew about the problem and ignored it then acted dumb when people were bringing there vehicles in I spoke to a worker that explained to me all the parts were on back order because so many customers are having the same issue and there is still not a Recall, My vehicle JUST DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! Thankfully I had nobody behind me to rear-end me at the time!
THIS NEEDS A RECALL BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!

Still waiting. I purchased a 2025 on 4/26 and took it in on 5/4. No ETA on the module. I’ve already sent all my info to OnStar. I didn’t even really get a chance to drive my car. Luckily I do have a loaner.
