OnStar website sign in isn’t working
What is wrong with onstar? I cannot sign in as the page loops back to main page when I try to log in. My car is not connected to My Cadillac app and I can’t use any features.

We understand how frustrating this can be, @HeweyD. We’d like to gather a few more details to look into this further. Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support with your VIN or OnStar account number, the name as it appears on the account, and any error messages you’re seeing when trying to sign in. Hi were you able to resolve the sign in issue? It's doing the same thing when trying to log in.

We would first recommend clearing your cache/cookies/history, as well as closing/reopening the browser window or uninstalling and reinstalling the app before trying to log in again.
