OnStar website sign in isn’t working

What is wrong with onstar? I cannot sign in as the page loops back to main page when I try to log in. My car is not connected to My Cadillac app and I can’t use any features.

  • We understand how frustrating this can be, @HeweyD. We’d like to gather a few more details to look into this further. Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support with your VIN or OnStar account number, the name as it appears on the account, and any error messages you’re seeing when trying to sign in.     Hi were you able to resolve the sign in issue? It's doing the same thing when trying to log in.

      We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, Tiffany. Are you attempting to open the website on your computer or on sign into the app on a mobile device? We would first recommend clearing your cache/cookies/history, as well as closing/reopening the browser window or uninstalling and reinstalling the app before trying to log in again. If you continue to have difficulties, please reach out to our team by sending a private message to OnStar_Support. Just select the envelope at the top right corner of your screen to get started. Our team will keep an eye out for more details.

        This is happening on both the app and the website for me as well. It has been like this for months!!!!!

    Been happening to me for months and is still happenings. I have no idea what to do.

If you're using a computer, please try clearing your browser history or switching browsers. If you're on the mobile app, a fresh reinstall often helps. Should the issue continue, please send a private message to OnStar_Support by selecting the envelope icon at the top right so we can investigate further.

      We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with login in issues, @Roastedpot, especially since it's still persisting into June. We want to help get this sorted out for you. Could you let us know if you are experiencing this on a mobile device or a desktop browser? If you haven't already, we recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or trying a different browser altogether.   • I am having the same problem. O cant log on and it loops me back to the same page. And I can't access the guardian app even tho I have apparently been paying the service for a while. I have sent 2 help requests in on the app with no response. If it isn't figured out soon I'm canceling my service. This is frustrating.
