Tahoe Premier 2025 screen has become very basic

I have a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier, and my vehicle does not have an OnStar button at all.

Recently, the infotainment screen has become very basic and all apps have disappeared.

Symptoms:

•No apps available (no maps, no Google apps, etc.)

•OnStar is not showing at all

•No WiFi or network connection option in settings

•The screen only shows basic functions (radio + basic settings)

Current status: The system seems completely offline or like connected services are disabled.

Questions:

•Is this normal for some models that don’t have OnStar?

•Or is this a system issue?

•Does it require a software update or reprogramming at the dealership?

Also: How can I restore the apps or enable internet connectivity?

I’m having almost the same issue on my 2025 Tahoe Premier. The infotainment suddenly became very basic, all apps disappeared, no Google services, no Wi-Fi/network option, and even OnStar is not showing at all.

My vehicle also doesn’t have an OnStar button, so I’m confused if this is a system/software issue or something related to connected services being disabled. Did you find any fix yet, or did the dealership have to reprogram/update the system?
