I have a 2024 Sierra 1500 and my vehicle status has not changed since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal in my truck 7 days ago. I don't know if there are any similarities but the vehicle stopped updating after the refresh. I have already done the power cycle of the truck (run for 2 minutes...off for at least 2 min...sign out of the MyGMC app and back in...have also uninstalled and reinstalled several times). I also have another vehicle in the app and it is updating just fine. The link seems to be the truck but not sure.

I am having the same issue. I called into onstar this morning and they said they never heard of this. A quick online search and this this the first link to pop up... Seems odd. I will also be sending an email to the above to get a solution. Why pay premium money for something that doesn't work?

I have a 2025 GMC Sierra that would update on my app when it was at the dealer. As soon as i got set up with onstar it quit updating. Its been 2 days and several drives. Funny thing, I had a 2024 Sierra prior to this and it did the SAME thing. It took Onstar a couple months of “escalating” it to a higher advisor. This went on for about 2 months and i finally gave up. One day some adviser called and whatever they did it fixed it. Im afraid its going to take that long again. Unfortunately not very many of their advisors know anything technical. They certainly have a problem.
