2017 traverse. App has not updated stats in 15,000 miles. I can start my car from my app but nothing else will update even tho it says it was connected 3 minutes ago. I’ve logged out, logged back in. Uninstalled, reinstalled. App and phone are up to date. How do I fix this?

As a first step, our team asks that you attempt to power cycle your Traverse to see if these difficulties resolve. We've listed the steps below.
