I see a bunch of posts with similar WIFI issues.
We are experiencing two issues....not sure if they are related: 1) credit card on file expired so we updated it with an advisor. The monthly On-Star WIFI $19.99 charge goes through fine but the separate AT&T $15.00 charge fails on the same credit card. 2) We also noticed that in the vehicle the WIFI Share Hotspot shows Off. When we switch it to On it changes right back to Off.
The internet problems seemed to start with the AT&T billing issue. Don't know if the billing issue is preventing the connection or some other software/hardware issue in the truck. We just put in another On Star technical support case.....hope to hear back in the 3-5 business days as promised. Very frustrating!

WDJ, I have had the same issue for a week now. I upgraded to the Premium plan and have noy had WIFI since and it should be included. In the lase week I have received 4 emails asking me not to cancel my date plan, but I didn't cancel anything. I have called and spoke to three different people and they say there is no issue but I don't have any WIFI in either on my vehicles. They have issues with their customer service and I ma about ready to cancel ALL my plans...
