Since around October 2023 my 2015 Chevy Volt has rarely responded to Onstar remote commands such as remote start, lock or unlock. I often get "server not responding" error on my app. Called OnStar several times, done the troubleshooting, OnStar has sent commands, and these steps only fix it for maybe one or two remote commands. The buttons in the car work, but the app is not working for it. Asked to commped my subscription fee, they always say they will do it, they never do it.
