Telematics Module No ETA!!!
I have had my 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 at the dealer service station getting close to 3 weeks now. The Telematics module went out and there is still not ETA. I still have 3 months free of OnStar (could not turn it on due to the failure). This directly impacted key services like remote access, navigation, and emergency assistance, as we all some key items like engine power and ESC. According to the service tech, this failure not only compromises vehicle safety, but also debilitates any sort of diagnostics, that may severely impact mobility. Any insights on module availability or a suggested course of action would be greatly appreciated. The service staff at the dealer aren't helpful either, as they are in limbo when it comes to any communication from GM or OnStar according to them.

Same here. 23 Denali Utlimate module just went out and dealership says part is on back order with no ETA. What's the deal? Looks bad on OnStar but more so GMC. How can I/we get an update on when the modules will be available?

Update: Going on 5 weeks and no real updates. The part number and listed shows "discontinued" on numerous OEM and AC Delco sites. For those GM owners with newer vehicles under warranty, I cannot stress enough to do your research and look into GM Buyback Program.
