On Star module

Does anyone know who to contact for help with the onstsr module.  We have a 2025 Acadia the module went out and we’ve had no luck with the dealership we bought from to the point that I’m gonna go elsewhere.   The also lost the antenna cover and no answer on that either

    I have had the same issue with my Cadillac VISTIQ.  It has been sitting at the dealership, waiting on this module, and no ETA in site.  Very frustrating to purchase a $96k vehicle and not be able to enjoy it.   I sent a private message to OnStar_Support.  Hopefully you can actually assist.
