Does anyone know who to contact for help with the onstsr module. We have a 2025 Acadia the module went out and we’ve had no luck with the dealership we bought from to the point that I’m gonna go els...
I have had the same issue with my Cadillac VISTIQ. It has been sitting at the dealership, waiting on this module, and no ETA in site. Very frustrating to purchase a $96k vehicle and not be able to enjoy it. I sent a private message to OnStar_Support. Hopefully you can actually assist.
