No onstar services and clock stopped
As of 6:30 this evening I am unable to connect to Onstar, Wi-Fi will not connect to our devices, and the clock stopped running at 6:32. We own a 2023 Buick Encore GX with 46,000 plus miles. It sounds as if this Onstar module has been a problem since at least 2022 yet GM has forced buyers to purchase a $3000 add on for Onstar services. Is my only option to return to the dealership and wait for the module to be available? Has GM received enough complaints that they are waiving the replacement and labor coats?
This is a huge red flag as we are on a waiting list for a 2025 Blazer.
