Missing Remote Climate Control Feature in GM Vehicles with Google Built-In
I recently purchased a 25 Chevy Equinox. However, I was surprised to find that the remote climate control feature—specifically the ability to set the interior temperature from the mobile app before starting the car—is no longer available. After contacting an OnStar advisor, I was informed that this feature has been removed for GM vehicles with Google Built-In. This is a handy feature, especially in extreme weather conditions, and was one of the reasons I purchased a GM vehicle.
This change has negatively impacted the overall convenience and functionality of the app experience for me.
Guess what?! Remote climate control's back in the latest Chevy app update. Thanks, GM team!

This feature that had been enabled seems to have been disabled with the latest iOS app update. Extremely disappointing.

Any update on getting this fixed? I've had calls with OnStar and myGMC app customer service with no luck.
