Onstar not working 2025 Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum (Super Cruise)
Purchased brand new 2025 Cadillac Escalade on 04/02/2025 completed the onstar onboarding call at dealership and two days later onstar stopped working completely. The light that normally is illuminated is also not working to include the internet and other features. Contacted Onstar in which they stated that all appeared to be working on their end and that I needed to take to my dealer in which I have a diagnostic appointment set for 04/09/2025. Based off the forum on this issue I am a bit apprehensive as my vehicle does not even have 300 miles on the odometer and we are having this issue not to mention I see others who have had this problem had to pay the remedy instead of GM or Onstar doing right by the consumer. Will be interesting to see what the issue is... I will be sure to update.

It will be a telematic module that needs to be replaced. I've spoke with my dealer, GM, and Gm customer service who is in contact with the dealer. Also a representative from the GM Acdelco stated the electronic parts division has over 1000 orders waiting for the part.

@Eculotta, you are correct however, my dealer was able to source the part and it was not on back ordered. The part is expected to arrive here in Atlanta this morning with install of it today. So I guess I lucked up with the part being available.

UPDATE
Problem found to be the telematic module for the onstar. The foreman stated, "It was simply non responsive". Surprisingly, the part was in stock as it had been on back order. Part should arrive today with install today.
