Alexa is gone from infotainment system and google store.
As many people have said in discussions for years now, No Alexa app, No customer. When I trade my 2025 Suburban in for a new vehicle, it will not be a Chevrolet. My entire house and business are connected through Alexa. Get with the program! Add features, don’t take things away that justify the purchase of a $89,000 vehicle. Your customer will leave you.

That is a difficult statement to respond to, @ToddVKrueger. We value you as a customer and do not want to see you go. Your feedback is extremely important to us, as it allows us to continue to manufacture vehicles with our customers’ needs in mind. We will see that your sentiments regarding Alexa in your Suburban are documented with the appropriate parties for further review. Thanks GM for screwing up my 2025 Sub High Country. We DO NOT use Google Assistant for anything, only Alexa/Amazon Music. This about justifies me getting rid of it. Please think through these updates carefully before pushing them out and consider the impact it has to your customer base.
