Climate control removed from app?!
When i purchased my truck a few weeks ago (2025 Silverado 1500 RST) I was able to set my climate temperature remotely from the app but it disappeared within the last week and there seems to be no resolution? I have followed the troubleshooting steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the app logging out, logging back in resetting the infotainment head unit. Everything else seems to be working as it should except that feature now instead of showing the option to set temperature. It just shows me a timer until my truck shuts off after remote starting.2026 Vistiq not sending charge status to app
5 days ago my 2026 vistiq just stopped syncing with the app. Appears features work but no charge status of any type. It’s just unable to refresh. Rebooted card. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Logged out and back in. Nothing fixes it. Anyone seeing this? Our vistiq has been nothing but problems. HUD died and dealer says it’s unfixable. No remedy. No offer of remuneration. the cars internet stops owning randomly so none of the services work. Fixes itself randomally as well. 3rd row headrests don’t fold at a time that works with the seat all the way back. It’s just super super buggy. dealership is not able to fix anything and just says “GM is working on it”. Basically a lemon. 2 year lease I wanted to love so much. And I do. But the issues are having me counting the days. anyone else experiencing this?Miles to empty not updating in App
I have been using the app for several years with no issues. Just recently the miles to empty is not updating in the App. All other functions are updating and working. I called support they were unable to resolve. I attempted logging out of app, re-installing, forcing a update from truck and they said they sent a force update via Onstar.Incorrect picture of vehicle on my dash
Case number 80545225 This issue has been going on since Aug 2025 when I first contacted OnStar. My app showed the wrong picture of my truck and also on the dash. When you send my monthly updates to my email the picture is correct! I was instructed on Sept 3 to send pictures of the vin of my truck, also photo of my dash and photo of app and photo of my monthly updates. I sent all this info to you and received a phone call from some lady stating that you know there is an issue and still working on it. When I fist took delivery of my truck the picture on the dash and app were correct. About a month later it changed to the incorrect pictures. Why is this taking so long to correct? Are you just blowing me off? All the other info vin, oil life etc. seam to be correct, but how do I know for sure? If I need assistance such as an accident or such are you looking at my truck! I'm getting ready to turn this matter over to consumer affairs and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!MyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating
My vehicle status, i.e. tire pressure, fuel level, miles, trip info, etc., has not updated in over 3 weeks. I've deleted/reinstalled the app, had a new signal sent, all of the things I've been recommended to try. None of these have worked. Please help!Remote climate start often fails in '26 Lyriq
When I use the myCadillac app to try to remote start climate in my car, it usually fails. Other actions often take forever and fail, too. The dealer has looked at it and said to contact OnStar. I previously had a '24 Lyriq and it had the same problems - unreliability of remote actions. It doesn't seem to matter if the car is connected to my home WiFi or if I'm away from that. Pretty frustrating to not be able to come back to a warm car in our frigid Midwest winters despite having purchased a luxury car. I have a 2016 Express Van equipped with remote start that I’ve owned since new. Whether it was the older OnStar app or the MyChevrolet app, remote start through the app (since it was an app feature) has worked for years. Recently the in-app Start button disappeared. When I called OnStar they said that my VIN doesn’t have remote start, despite it being equipped from the factory that way. My belief is that someone at either Chevy or OnStar made a change to the VIN reference feature tables. Since OnStar uses VIN tables to determine which features are enabled in the app, this effectively Nerfs a feature that was factory equipped. I have an appropriate plan, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and did an OnStar vehicle update… so the problem isn’t the van or my plan. The problem is the feature list OnStar and the MyChevrolet app is referencing on their end.Chevy app commands not working
My Chevy app commands do not work. I have a 2026 Chevy Traverse LT. I have live chatted customer service and have done all the necessary reinstallation’s and deletions. I have done any sort of trouble shooting they have told me to do and nothing. I have even called and still nothing. Every time I try to send a command it takes a while to send then ultimately fails and says “Failed to reach traverse”. It has been happening ever since the purchase of the vehicle.
