Since you described the OnStar button as having no lights or functionality, we believe that this may be a concern with the OnStar hardware, which would also account for your app's failure to update the vehicle status information. At this time, we recommend bringing your Trax into your preferred Chevrolet dealership for further diagnostics and resolution.
