Wifi connected with no internet
Same issue......onstar sent numerous signals to vehicle with no luck. Was told to go to dealer, dealer says system is ok that it is an onstar issue. I even signed up for the unlimited data plan think...

Same issue with 2021 suburban..I’ve been paying for WiFi, onstar, etc. and haven’t been able to use it..no gps, can’t charge my phone either..been to dealership 5 times…recalibrated, everything..nothings changed. Onstar says they put in a ticket at dealership twice now..go to dealership and they don’t see it! I hate this very expensive pos.
