No Remote Start Option in MyChevrolet App

I just bought a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss with Preferred Plus Wifi and Remote Access offered by Chevy. MyChevrolet app does not have the remote start feature. It has all the others listed expect for that. How do I got about getting that added. I've tried downloading app and reinstalling a few times but no luck.
