Climate Control Feature - 2025 GMC Sierra 1500
Hey everyone,
Looking to see if anyone else is running into this.
I have a 2025 GMC Sierra, and for the past few months my myGMC app no longer shows the climate control option. I used to be able to pre-heat/cool the truck remotely with no issues, and then the feature just disappeared one day. It hasn’t come back since.
I contacted OnStar online support, but they weren’t any help—they just gave generic troubleshooting steps that didn’t fix anything.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Did you find a workaround or get it restored somehow?

I’ve had the same problem & Onstar was no help. Still have no fix & live in Canada. Where the feature would be very helpful
