What features do I have?
6 weeks into my 90 day free trial and I still haven't been able to log into my onstar account to view my features, see when my trial ends, or anything. I've contacted onstar by phone, chat, and email multiple times. Each time they give me steps to try, I try them, they don't work, I tell onstar that it didn't work and they don't respond. I'm done wasting my time on this, I don't understand what could be so hard about just letting me login to my account.
Anyone have any tips? I can log in to my vehicle app but when I tap on my account/onstar account it just brings up a page that says sign in another way, this sign in method doesn't match this account, or something like that.
Again, half way through the free trial and I haven't even been able to look at my account to see what features I have so that I can test them out and see if I want to keep them. Makes no sense

Please try using an alternate web browser and clearing your cache along with your web history. From there, attempt again to link your account online by taking the actions listed below.

1st. Log Into the Website
a. Sign into the website (MyAccount) using a desktop or mobile device.
b. Once signed in:
Tap the Profile iconSelect Account or Account Overview.
If signed in on app: Tap Anchor Menu > Account
2. Select Add or Add Vehicle
3. Select 'Vehicle', then select 'Continue'.
You can search for your vehicle using one of the following options:
Account Number
Email or Phone Number
VIN4. Account Linking Verification
a. Select Contact Method
b. Enter OTP
c. Confirm Vehicle and Plan
Choose preferred phone number or email to receive One-Time Passcode (OTP).
Phone is recommended (faster & more reliable)Tap Send Again if not received.
You have 3 attempts to enter the correct code before being locked out for 1 hour.
If the code is not received or isn’t working: Tap Switch Contact Method and try another option.5. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation message and a follow-up email confirming success.
Sign out and sign back into the mobile app using your preferred login email and password.
Please accept the terms and conditions that were sent to your email to avoid disconnection of the service.If you take these steps and you are unable to reach a resolution, please push the blue OnStar button in your vehicle, or send us a private message at OnStar_Support for further investigation. Simply select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to do so.

I've already tried this, it doesn't work. When I tap on add vehicle and search by my account number, email address, or phone number, it says this account cannot be added online. If I search by my Vin number, it says this vehicle has already been added.
