Vehicle Status Issue

In the OnStar app, my vehicle will not show the status anymore. Says it was last connected 4 months ago, but my subscription is active, the OnStar light is green in the car, and I can still pull up the vehicle location on the map. I've tried logging out and logging back in multiple times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I even did a call with support, and they said they couldn't see any issues on their end. Does anyone have a fix for this? My vehicle is a 2025 Chevy Tahoe RST.

    This definitely isn't the OnStar experience we want you to be having in your Tahoe. When you have the chance, please send a private message OnStar_Support with additional details of your Vehicle Status app concern so we can further assist. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.
