Vehicle Status Issue

In the OnStar app, my vehicle will not show the status anymore. Says it was last connected 4 months ago, but my subscription is active, the OnStar light is green in the car, and I can still pull up the vehicle location on the map. I've tried logging out and logging back in multiple times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I even did a call with support, and they said they couldn't see any issues on their end. Does anyone have a fix for this? My vehicle is a 2025 Chevy Tahoe RST.

  • This definitely isn't the OnStar experience we want you to be having in your Tahoe. When you have the chance, please send a private message OnStar_Support with additional details of your Vehicle Status app concern so we can further assist. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.

    Greetings, I have the same issue. It is an issue with what is called Telematic module. Dealer will need to be involved to fix this. Reach out to the Moderator as requested. Hope this helps. Fingers crossed.
