Recall/Class Action on Onstar Module ??
Check with your dealership my module finally came in and the dealership installed it the next day. Everything is finally working.
What do you have that is working? You are the first I have heard that has the upgrade.

I have spoken to an onstar rep twice. The first told me he didn't know why my weather channel app was not working and would get back to me. Of course I never heard back. My second rep I spoke to was snotty and simply said the weather channel app had been discontinued and would not be back. No reason other than it was gone. My GMC Serria 2021 now has no weather channel app and I can't use the onstar app with the map and radar because they module needed had not been installed on any of the newer model GMC's. So here we are with even less than we started with. I bought my GMC for the apps and accessories. We either need the module needed to use the onstar app or return our weather channel app. It is the only way we can know of dangerous weather changes. People's lives could literally be at risk.
