OnStar Telematics module - no dates for backorder part is unacceptable

Exact same issue for me. Have 2025 blaze ev. No map or music from last 3 weeks. When I tried to contact onstar support using buttons it is blinking green. Went to dealership and they told me onstar module is bad and no timelines for replacement.
is it possible to connect using my phone hotspot?

After 1 and half months of issues, my faulty module was replaced yesterday!!
