OnStar Telematics module - no dates for backorder part is unacceptable
I purchased my 2025 Cadillac CTS in May 2025. In November, I noticed the time started to be a minute behind. Then my Google would not connect. OnStar tried to troubleshoot remotely but asked me to take it to the dealership. I bought it to Henricks where they said the module went bad and backed order. I called to my service specialist, Gavin to ask on the status of the part. He said the part was still not in. I asked to speak to a manager. I talked to Matt. I am making a long story long. Bottom line, my car is in the shop now. The incorrect part was ordered for my car. Gavin said it will take at least another month to get the correct part. Here are the problems with my car:
loss of OnStar services
Loss of GPS navigation
Loss mobile app connectivity (remote start)
Time is off by 5 minutes
Heads-Up display is not working properly, not reading the Highway mileage
Key Missing Check for Key Warning
I feel unsafe in the car.
