OnStar Red Light

I have a 2025 GMC Hummer Ev and for over 2 months I constantly keep getting a  Emergency Call notification and the OnStar Button is red instead of green.  I can dismiss the notification on the dash but I cannot figure out how to fix the OnStar button from constantly turning red. 

I have taken my vehicle in to the dealership for this issue on 3 separate appointment/occasions. I was informed the could not find the issue nor any code. I have provided them videos of the occurances as well as taken it in when it happened. They have identified the code, but the tech stated he has to do research to figure out the code. He has yet to identify (research) the code in an effort to address the issue. 

I have no idea what the issue is as well as the lack of safety features I currently do not have. Kind of a concerning issue for me and more so my family.
