Just some honest feedback
My truck came with three years of everything Onstar service. I got my offer to renew and I totally would…except…the service so frequently has problems that I feels like I’d be setting my money on fire. At least half the time, I have interruptions and terrible coverage. The assistant so frequently says it cant do what I ask or that it doesnt understand the request that it makes me angry more than it helps. I feel bad for people that don’t have access to carplay and android auto.
every blue moon i think, “this service is pretty cool, maybe I’ll pay for it for another year” and then it reminds me on the very next drive how spotty the service is and how buggy the software is. On top of that, taking five minutes to fire up directions everytime I want to navigate somewhere is a deal breaker when my carplay is ready to navigate immediately.
This feedback needs to get back to the execs because I want so badly for it to work and would totally pay if it worked as advertised.
