onstar module

Onstar will not connect.  2025 Equinox purchased in late Jan. 2025  brought to dealer after contacting onstar and was told the module was out.  Have joined the onstar community forum and am appalled ...

    tried the envelope icon and all it did was send the private message back to me.  Need some real help
