has anyone filed a complaint with the NHTSA regarding onstar? https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index. Since OnStar touts their product as a safety feature the fact that it breaks seems to be a safety recall issue.

Something needs to be done about OnStar. They are crooks and incompetent to say the least. We need to fight back!
