I also just experienced the On Star module needed replacement on a 2022 GMC Denali after it stopped working 2 months ago. I am over on mileage but feel after 2 years and have to pay almost $1000 to replace this is not right. I have been a loyal GMC customer for years and not happy after this repair, I will be looking at other brands when it is time for a new one. My dealer said there is nothing that GM would do as far as a "goodwill" gesture.

Just a follow up to my post from above and that I have purchased a new Ram 1500 Tungsten.... The air ride suspension and interior features are amazing! I never thought I would own a Ram but so far, I am sure glad I do!  If GM would have stood behind a few issues I had I would have never looked elsewhere and purchased a new Denali.....
