Onstar Module Needs Replaced
I have been trying to figure out how this is any customers responsibility to pay to have a module fixed on a car that is a year old or less. And when I was sent an email by onstar telling me to call their connected assistance team to discuss this problem, well i called they said oh your onstar isn't connected in your 2023 Acadia. I said no kidding the module is out so they basically say it is not their problem and for me to take it up with GM. Then Onstar sends me an email stating that the 2019 buick i had came with 5 years of service and it is now out of date. I dont even have thar car anymore, traded it is on the acadia. They are no help what so ever and even after a call to them they send me back some BS email telling me my buick doesn't qualify for replacement since it is 5 years old. Oh okay but what about my 1 year old GMC? Doesn't that qualify for you to fix something it have to pay for? It really should be a recall at this point. So many dissatisfied customers that had to pay for 3 years of service whether they wanted it or not and it doesn't even work for a year. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved and GM needs to fix it not the consumer.
