I’ve had the module issue along with radio (infotainment needing to be replaced) since November 2025, two months after I purchased the new 2026 Sierra 1500 AT4 3.0 Duramax, all GM is allowing is a reset for everything, will not order or allow the parts to be ordered. I’ve been to 4 dealerships, 3 more than twice for the same issues that always happen again within a few days.
