OnStar Module Failure
I have a 2022 Yukon Denali and after today I'll have replaced the telemetrics module twice in three years. GMC has a single provide of these units and they are substandard to say the least. Must have been $5 cheaper than the other company. GM needs to use suppliers with a higher standard of reliability especially in today's environment. I'm hoping this third unit will be the lucky charm.
I too am on my second module in four months.
OnStar is a joke for sure, the stories I could tell of my four month journey...probably get banned.

Is this the same private message that is supposedly already ongoing with all my information but you have been waiting since August 16th to hear back from the dealer?
I have already taken the truck back and returned it in that time frame for the module failing. But unfortunately I haven't gotten help on the first issue that I pm'd about.
Interestingly enough you are the very same advisor that was to assist on the original issue. A joke for sure.
