OnStar Module Failure

My new 2025 Traverse has been in the shop since March 28 with the same issues. They told me to bring it home until the module was available. Well the battery drained overnight got a jump and on the way to the dealer it shut off on the freeway. Now every one says how sorry they are but no one’s helping me No car not even a loaner with no repairs in sight. I contacted on star and GM. No help. Come on some one has to help. We had many trips planned this summer now I am stuck at home.
