OnStar Module Failure - software recall?
The telematics module has also failed on my 2022 Escalade with 44k miles, and the replacement cost is insane due to it being out of bumper to bumper warranty. I would appreciate some consideration from OnStar toward this repair considering the incredible ineptitude and lack of support you have shown toward your customers on a well known and documented issue that is core to almost every functional aspect of these vehicles. Completely unacceptable. Please contact me ASAP.
