OnStar Module Failure - software recall?
I recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country with high expectations just to be stuck with a $89,000.00 vehicle with a defective onstar module. I don’t have an onstar green light, no heads up display, no remote start, check engine light with errors indicating low voltage and onstar telematics failure. It’s not just an eye sore to see the check engine light on but also a failure on GM and Onstar’s part. I put all my hard earned money into what I thought was an investment, I don’t know if I can ever trust GM ( Chevrolet ) for any of their products anymore?? I feel beaten and robbed by GM! I’m extremely upset with my Tahoe purchase. They don’t care about trying to fix a problem they know exists. I hope I get a positive response from GM soon. They need to right this wrong soon.

Contact the executive mary.barra@gm.com. I received a reply from an amazing representative (Danielle) that got me a new module when the dealer refused to do anything. I now love my car!
