OnStar Module Broke
I have a Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate 2022; the module failed yesterday. I called OnStar to find a solution. I was surprised to learn that they don't have knowledge or a position on this issue. I canceled my subscription. There is no timeline to fix it.
How disappointing after overpaying for this truck. This level of service is what makes me change brands.
